This villa is a privately owned home and we ask that you exercise due care and respect as you would your own home.
All persons are responsible for exercising reasonable care of the property. This entails the shuting and locking of all windows and doors when the property is unoccupied, ensuring that all members of your party exercise due care and diligence around the pool area and follow the pool rules.
That all members of your party exercise due care when when using any of the appliances or ammenities in the home and that you comply with terms and instructions set out owners/management agency's literature.
At the end of the rental period, all utensils, carpets, furnishings, walls, fittings as well as outside pool and deck area must be left clean and tidy. It is the guests sole responsibility to clean the BBQ if used. If the guest uses the BBQ the guests accepts that this is entirely at their own risk.
It is the guests responsibility to notify the Management Company immediately of any sudden equipment failure or breakages so that reasonable action and can be taken to rectify the situation.
