Highgate Park is situated on the Legacy Park development next to a conservation area, which provides a quiet location from traffic noise yet easy access to the major roads US192 and I4. Our community is gated therefore access is restricted. A tennis court and childrens play area are free for our guests to use.

Highgate Park within Legacy Park is on the US 27 which is the main road running between the infamous US 192 and I4 freeway.

Both roadways provide easy access to all the Disney attractions, Universal and Seaworld, and farther out attractions such as Cape Canaveral and Busch Gardens.


Local amenities include Berry Town Center 0.5 mile away towards the I4 with PUBLIX supermarket, bank, shops, restaurants and gas station. WALMART supercentre is a mile away towards the US 192 at Cagans Crossing also located here are banks, petrol stations and restaurants.

For the budding golfers there are ample top quality courses situated within 5 - 10 minutes of High Gate Park including a Greg Norman designed course at Champions Gate.

Transfer times vary for traffic conditions etc. but roughly these times will help your daily itinery:

Orlando International Airport 30 minutes
Sandford International Airport 45 minutes

Disney Theme Parks 15 minutes
Old Town 20 minutes
Universal Theme Park 30 minutes
Seaworld 25 minutes

Busch Gardens (Tampa) 60 minutes
Kennedy Space Ctr (C. Canaveral) 60 minutes

According to what mood you’re in there are plenty of things to see and do in the evening.

Old Town Kissimmee has an array of fun fair rides, shops, live entertainment eateries and drinking holes with plenty to do for all ages.

For the motoring nostalgic out there every Thursday, Friday and Saturday there is a classic motor car and motor bike parade to keep you rolling back the years

Celebration is a 15 minute drive from the villa but feels like a different world. A lovely place to visit with fine dining and beautiful craft shops this is the place to go if you fancy stepping out of the Disney limelight for an afternoon or evening.

For the party goers in you then we suggest you try Downtown Disney and Universal City Walk. Both venues host eateries, bars live music and night clubs and for the film buffs, both venues offer huge cinemas to catch the latest blockbusters on. Both are open until the small hours.
Downtown Disney is 15 minutes whilst Universal City Walk is a modest 25 minutes away.

Please be advised that you need to be 21 years or older to consume alcohol in the USA and you will be asked for proof of age.

If Shopping is your vice then why not try the malls? Millenium Mall off Conway Road exit of I4 is the newest and most up to date for designer shopping. Should you require bargains, bargains, bargains, then why not try both the Prime Outlet (International Drive exit I4) and Premium Outlet Malls, (Buena Vista exit I4). You also have the Florida Mall off the Sand Lake Road/ Orange Blossom Trail.
