£675 per week
We do except stays of less than 7 nights however in this instance we will require a charge of £65 /$100 USD to cover the cost of the cleaning.
Once availability is confirmed a deposit of £100/$200(1 week stay) or £200/$400 (2 weeks stay) is required and all bookings and relevant prices are guaranteed
Full settlement of the outstanding balance will be required 12 weeks prior to commencement of the stay. If this balance is not paid on time and no contact is made with us by the guest, we will accept this as the guest no longer wishes to continue with the booking and we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
There is a requirement that all guests must take out our agents Insurance which covers breakages/damages during your stay for a $70 fee which must be paid for locally at the time of key collection.
We do not accept pets, this is a pet free home, there are no exceptions.
This is a no smoking property if your party are found to have been smoking in our property a specialist cleaning charge of $200 will apply.
Full Terms and Conditions will be provided to our guests at the booking stage.
ALL CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING AND ARE VALID FROM DATE OF RECEIPT.
Cancellation requests as follows:
12 weeks + Full refund less deposit
6 - 12 weeks 50% refund from full rate
Less than 6 weeks No refund applies*
*If an alternative rental is found for the cancelled dates we will refund all monies less the initial deposit
If you wish to reduce the number of nights of your stay there will be a one-off charge of £50 if you wish to shorten your stay to less than 7 nights there will be also be a cleaning charge of £60
We reserve the right to cancel the booking if the final balance is not received on time and there has been no contact made from the guest regarding the booking.
Whilst staying at our home you must take responsibility for yourself and the rest of your party's wellbeing/security/safety including yours and your party's personal possessions. We do not accept any liability for any accidents/injuries/death/losses/damages to any persons or personal possessions whilst at our home. The use of accommodation and its amenities is entirely at your own risk. You are advised to take out travel insurance / liability insurance to cover your stay at our home.
